Paul Bacica

With over 30 years’ hands-on experience in the offshore oil & gas industry, Paul started Focus Offshore Services in 2016, when he recognised an urgent need for sustainable, reliable and knowledgeable workplace staffing solutions for offshore projects.
His intent has always been to build a company that provides, not just staffing solutions, but exemplary customer service, with clients who have complete peace of mind, that any role required will be filled with experienced and qualified staff with the expertise required – the right person in the right role.
